About Us
At Empowered Youth Network (EYN), we believe that young people are not just the future — they are the change-makers of today. Based in Durrës, Albania, we are a youth-driven NGO on a mission to empower individuals through education, connection, and purpose.
We create spaces where young people can explore who they are, connect across cultures, and build the skills they need to thrive in a changing world. From leading local community projects to taking part in Erasmus+ exchanges across Europe, our work is about sparking transformation — both personal and collective.

How We Work
We design and run impactful programs on three levels:
Local – Workshops, campaigns, and volunteer actions across Albania.
National – Capacity-building events and youth leadership initiatives.
International – Erasmus+ youth exchanges and training courses that connect young minds across Europe.
Every project is a chance for young people to learn, grow, and make a difference.
